1. Processing Time: Orders for tangible products will be processed within 4 business days for stock on hand. Please allow additional time for made-to-order items and custom orders. Orders for fiber processing services will follow the timeline provided upon order confirmation. Fiber processing orders are processed in the order received and we strive to complete all orders within 4 months but timelines are impacted by several factors including the cleanliness of the fiber, equipment maintenance cycles, length of processing queue, quantity of fiber for processing.
2. Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs will vary based on the chosen method, destination, and weight of the package.
3. Shipping Costs: All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to your order total at checkout.
4. Delivery Time: Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.
5. International Shipping: We do not ship internationally.

• Fiber processing services: All payments for fiber processing services are non-refundable due to the custom nature of our work.

• Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns:

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
